Laura has dedicated her career to the dog industry gaining various achievements, that has helped her gain a unique way of grooming that balances the behaviour and maintenance of the coat of each dog. Giving an inspiration and admiration of the industry in a light, different from the norm, which drives her passion to pass on this knowledge to the next generation.

Tracey is a dedicated dog lover, that has spent most of her life teaching various subjects to young aspiring students,which took her extensive teach roles into the dog grooming industry to not only help her daughter Laura achieve her goals within the teaching environment but to help establish the salon back in 2020. This has hightened her passion to drive for true excellenance in the dog grooming industry, by teaching City and Guilds dog grooming a leading industry recognised qualification, to the next aspiring dog groomer.
